Below you will find information on how Premier Choice Realty will market your rental property as well as the listing procedures:
1. Rental units will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This means that Realtors and prospective residents have the opportunity to view your rental unit on any of the NorthstarMLS cooperating broker websites.
2. Each listing will remain active for 6 months or until the vacany is filled.
3. A comparative analysis on rental market conditions will be completed on a case by case basis.
4. Standard Lease Agreement will be made available to those property owners who opt to use it.
5. Premier Choice Realty will communicate with Landlords bi-monthly to discuss pricing, terms, and marketing opportunities.
6. Background check company referrals will be provided.
